Carolina Kitchens, Inc. will provide preventative maintenance service and inspections on all hot and cold side equipment as requested by the customer!

The purpose and responsibility of Carolina Kitchens, Inc Preventative Maintenance Program is to: 

• Inspect and calibrate all thermostatically controlled equipment.
• Inspect and lubricate all mechanically operated components.
• Inspect all gaskets for DHEC compliance.
• Inspect all mechanical and electrical devices for proper operation.
• Inspect all internal components and accessible wire for defects.
• Perform 2 descaling services per year on all steamers and ovens containing boilers
• Perform 2 condenser cleaning services on all refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect for proper combustion on all gas fired equipment.
• Inspect for proper water, gas, and steam pressures as required.
• Inspect all mechanical and electrical safety devices for proper operation.
Our rate includes all labor, travel and necessary chemicals to complete each service!
What to expect with scheduling:

Each maintenance performed will be scheduled and approved with location management prior to any work beginning. Maintenance will occur during Carolina Kitchens normal business hours (8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday). Any maintenance requested and performed outside of these hours will be billed at an additional half the normal hourly rate.
